Returns and Refunds.

At House of Joy, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Below is our refund and returns policy:

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Unused Products: Refunds are available for products that are unused and in the same condition as received. The original seal must remain intact, especially for adhesives and hair products, due to hygiene reasons.

  2. Faulty or Damaged Products: Any product that is faulty or damaged upon receipt is automatically eligible for a refund or exchange.

  3. Refund Request Timeline: To be eligible for a refund, a request must be issued within 14 days of receiving the product.

  4. Sale Items: Please be advised that all sale items are considered final sale. These items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Guidelines

  • Products not meeting the above criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Apart from faulty or damaged items, customers are responsible for returning the products to us and covering any shipping fees.

  • All returns should be addressed as such and sent to:

Tracking and Refund Process

  • After returning the product, please send the tracking information to houseofjoy.ltd@gmail.com and include your order number.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund and for the money to reflect in your account.
